1)a)b) There are several movable wood rounds of varying height in the outdoor play area. They are on the grass and in the sand. They are used for various activities, such as sitting and rolling, but children were also observed climbing on top of the wood rounds and the licensee states they are used for this purpose as well. Some of the wood rounds are wide and would be stable enough to stand on, but some are wobbly or are not very wide, and might tip and fall if climbed. The grass and sand are not sufficient to meet the requirements for shock absorbing material for climbing play equipment under this WAC regulation. Risk
